The Big Brick House Bakery is in its first season of the Original Farmers' Market. Traveling to Indianapolis from Ft. Wayne, the bakery features over 20 different varieties of pasta, noodles, and flour! Owner and head pasta maker, Leigh, uses a chemical-free, non-GMO whole wheat flour so high in protein that eggs are not used in her pastas. Leigh's past flavors range from whole grain garlic to whole grain beet to basil flavors and beyond! Follow their Facebook page for new flavors, recipes, and more!

The Mile Square Coffee Roastery is making a big splash in the Indianapolis coffee scene. In it's second year with the Original Farmers' Market and a totally new look with their new "coffee truck," Mile Square is slangin' their newest creation: Crossroads Cold Brew every Wednesday. Their cold brew is ready-to-drink and perfect for those hot days that you NEED a pick-me-up! Are you more of an at-home coffee drinker? Mile Square also teaches classes and sells Chemex accessories!
